About the role

  • Record all business transactions (income, expenses, fixed assets, liabilities)
  • Account reconciliations and reconciliation with bank accounts
  • Invoicing and monitoring of outstanding receivables (debtors)
  • Posting incoming invoices and monitoring payments (creditors)
  • Preparation of monthly or quarterly reports for clients

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally further qualification as a financial accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Confident use of DATEV (Unternehmen online)
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Enjoy working with numbers, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
