About the role

  • Accounting Assistant responsible for ensuring accurate recording of invoices. Collaborating with vendors and customers while performing various accounting tasks and generating reports.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily transactions for incoming and outgoing invoices are entered and recorded accurately• Ensure transactions are completed in a timely and error-free manner• Various accounting tasks such as invoice processing and reporting• Collaborate with vendors and customers regarding financial questions

Requirements

  • Entry-level• AP invoice verification and processing• posting of invoices• AP invoice payments• AR bank statement processing• Period-end activities and generation of standard reports• Contacting vendors regarding invoice- or payment-related questions• Contacting customers and other departments regarding payment-related questions
