About the role

Responsibilities
- Digitalization of the municipal and commercial waste and disposal sector, together with your project team
- Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our ERP system and the adjacent specialist departments
- Process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
- Training end users after software implementation
- Comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding by a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training and conferences

Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of accounting and initial experience in the municipal sector are desirable
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally
