About the role

  • Responsible for developing and servicing new and existing accounts
  • Serving as an advisor and consultant to clients, maintaining and retaining existing business
  • Following up on referrals and rounding client accounts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum 3 years prior experience in customer service within the insurance industry
  • Experience with both admitted and non-admitted markets, as well as all private client (personal lines) policy types.
  • P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
