About the role

  • Build a solid pipeline from the first month to generate 5–10 meetings per week.
  • Manage 4–6 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders to close 20–30% of your pipeline.
  • Build trust with clients to generate referrals to other mayors in the region.
  • After one month: mastery of the sales pitch.
  • After three months: full mastery of the product, the pitch, and objection handling. Solid pipeline with expected closes within 1–2 months.
  • After six months: several contracts signed.
  • After one year: €350K ARR signed.
  • A solid, well-managed pipeline to reach €500K the following year.

Requirements

  • Proven success in complex SaaS sales (sales cycles > 4 months; deal sizes > €30K; targets > €400K).
  • Willing to continue prospecting and run full-cycle sales, at least during the first year.
  • Exceptional energy and interpersonal skills: dynamic and able to adapt to any type of stakeholder.
  • Autonomous and organized: able to manage your sales pipeline to meet current goals and anticipate future objectives.
  • Performance-driven: comfortable with results pressure and motivated to exceed targets.
  • Hungry to learn: committed to continuous improvement and to raising the level of the team and Vizzia.
  • Experience selling to local authorities/municipalities is a plus.
