Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact when accidents occur and ensure that claims are handled quickly and properly
You manage the entire process with a focus on cost-efficiency, smart solutions and customer satisfaction
You assess liability, review coverage enquiries and decide when immediate action is required
You review repair estimates, manage claim reserves and related tasks — ensuring transparency throughout
You liaise closely with customers, claimants, insurers, lawyers and partners, keeping all parties aligned
Requirements
You have completed insurance-related or equivalent vocational training and are fully proficient in written and spoken German
You keep an overview even when handling many tasks at once and demonstrate clear, friendly communication and a strong service orientation
You are goal-oriented, make confident decisions and find pragmatic solutions — even in challenging situations
Whether in person or on the phone, you present yourself in a friendly, confident and professional manner and remain calm in demanding situations
You work independently and in an organized way and are proficient with MS Office
