Responsibilities
You lead projects to further develop Zurich Switzerland’s P&C (Property & Casualty) business
You develop project plans, align them with the Digital Product Managers, integrate them into various roadmaps, and orchestrate implementation across the agile teams
You actively manage stakeholder expectations
You communicate transparently and at the appropriate level, reporting on project status, deliverables, progress, effort, risks, etc.
You work on cross-functional and transformative P&C topics and processes
Requirements
Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in a business-related field or IT
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or consulting sectors
Proven experience in project work using agile (SAFe, Scrum) as well as traditional (waterfall) methodologies
Strong leadership presence with excellent presentation, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp of complex issues
Very good written and spoken German and English
