Responsibilities

  • Motivate and empower team members to achieve targets and operational goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talented employees to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Provide clear guidance and coaching to surveyors on health and safety, risk assessments, and best practice operational techniques
  • Efficiently allocate and oversee work to meet business targets
  • Prepare and communicate operational plans to Team Leads

Requirements

  • 7+ years of specific and relevant leadership experience within a similar environment
  • Remote work and remote management experience essential
  • University degree or equivalent third level qualification
  • Process, change and project management experience
