Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service and administration for group insurance policy clients
Manage policy lifecycle tasks—installations, annual reviews and terminations—within service standards
Validate membership data against policy terms
Maintain and update policy schedules and records in systems such as Life3, Salesforce and IBM Content Manager
Handle account reconciliations, invoicing and premium follow-ups
Supply accurate member and policy information for claims, underwriting and continuation requests
Requirements
Experience with data validation and reconciliation
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships
Strong communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused mindset
Good time management and prioritisation skills
