About the role

  • Insurance Solutions Consultant providing high-quality customer service in group insurance policy management. Managing policy lifecycle tasks and maintaining accurate records confirming policy terms with client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and administration for group insurance policy clients
  • Manage policy lifecycle tasks—installations, annual reviews and terminations—within service standards
  • Validate membership data against policy terms
  • Maintain and update policy schedules and records in systems such as Life3, Salesforce and IBM Content Manager
  • Handle account reconciliations, invoicing and premium follow-ups
  • Supply accurate member and policy information for claims, underwriting and continuation requests

Requirements

  • Experience with data validation and reconciliation
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships
  • Strong communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused mindset
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Problem-solving and initiative
