About the role
- Insurance Solutions Consultant providing high-quality customer service in group insurance policy management. Managing policy lifecycle tasks and maintaining accurate records confirming policy terms with client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and administration for group insurance policy clients
- Manage policy lifecycle tasks—installations, annual reviews and terminations—within service standards
- Validate membership data against policy terms
- Maintain and update policy schedules and records in systems such as Life3, Salesforce and IBM Content Manager
- Handle account reconciliations, invoicing and premium follow-ups
- Supply accurate member and policy information for claims, underwriting and continuation requests
Requirements
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships
- Strong communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused mindset
