Responsibilities

  • Manage core accounting functions for multiple legal entities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance while delivering exceptional service
  • Prepare and post general journal entries
  • Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Analyze financial results

Requirements

  • A minimum of an associate’s degree in accounting
  • 5+ years of related experience (managing the general ledger, balance sheet, etc)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, learn quickly, and think outside of the box
  • Keen eye for details and strong analytical skills
  • Desire to learn to establish a solid foundation of the bigger picture
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
