About the role

  • Compliance Governance Officer coordinating compliance processes and supporting training at Zurich. Engaging in data analysis and ensuring regulatory compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of internal directive management
  • Supporting local compliance teams with implementation
  • Responsible for core compliance processes such as annual planning and the compliance training framework
  • Ensuring data entry and data quality in the GRC tool
  • Supporting Legal and the Information & Data Governance team in adapting data-protection-specific directives and guiding the business in operational implementation
  • Defining training content and conducting risk assessments related to data protection & AI

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in business, law, or risk management) or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in the insurance, financial, or consulting industry
  • Experience designing and delivering training
  • Data analysis skills and affinity for technologies such as O365, PowerApps, and Power BI
  • Very good German and English skills
