Responsibilities

  • Assess and investigate travel-related claims applying policy guidelines
  • Ensure timely resolutions within 15-25 days while maintaining communication with stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process
  • Communicate with claimants using empathy to gather necessary documentation
  • Apply policy guidelines to determine coverage and claim validity
  • Maintain detailed claim records within internal claims systems

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Willingness to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for details for thorough investigations and documentation
  • Live within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI and willing to commute into the office 2-3 days per month
