Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 8 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area related to PolicyCenter.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area related to PolicyCenter.
- Process reengineering; LEAN/Six Sigma experience
- Experience with process modeling tools
- Insurance application system design/analysis experience
- Experience with use case development
- Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools/techniques
- Guidewire certification(s) (e.g., Guidewire Certified Professional) preferred.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations preferred.
