Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality and food safety requirements
Conduct hygiene and cleanliness inspections at the plant
Be responsible for employee training on quality management topics
Conduct internal audits and support external audits (e.g. FSSC 22000, FSC, ISCC)
Coordinate cross-site quality processes
Manage QA monitoring throughout the production process
Perform root cause analyses for complaints and derive corrective actions
Support structured quality management activities
Assist in the qualification of new equipment, products and materials
Ensure that all product specifications and compliance documentation are up to date and accurate
Requirements
Completed vocational qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree
Solid knowledge of quality management and ideally of food, plastics or packaging technology
Confident presence with professional experience in a QM environment
Ability to assess and implement complex requirements independently and confidently
Strong IT affinity
Experience with SAP
Experience working on projects in interdisciplinary teams
Fluent in German and English
Solid knowledge of HACCP
Strong sense of responsibility for food safety and risk prevention
