Accounting Support responsible for maintaining accounts receivable and ensuring smooth internal and external coordination. Collaborating on overdue receivables and managing manual invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
You will maintain and monitor all accounts receivable and ensure seamless reconciliation with internal and external interfaces.
With your proactive work in receivables management, you will advance the processing of overdue claims and carry out dunning runs as well as telephone debt collection.
You will create and post manual invoices and credit notes reliably according to the departments' guidelines.
By performing daily reconciliations of bank subaccounts and correctly posting all expenses and income, you will ensure order and transparency.
You will monitor credit limits, ensure compliance, and handle communication and escalation in case of deviations.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial vocational qualification and ideally already have initial experience in accounts receivable accounting.
With your solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office, you are well prepared for the daily tasks.
Thanks to your strong communication skills and organizational talent, you handle complex matters and maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
You are resilient, assertive, and work in a structured manner.
Good German and English skills complete your profile.
