About the role
- MDM Architect responsible for establishing the strategic direction for MDM solutions. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across various sources in a hybrid workplace.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the strategic direction for Master Data Management solutions across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across multiple sources.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to design and implement MDM solutions in line with business requirements.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a project management role and/or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in MDM are preferred.
