About the role

  • Finance Manager overseeing financial operations across multiple Facilities Management accounts at JLL. Driving financial planning, reporting, and business insights to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations across multiple Facilities Management client accounts
  • Lead month-end and year-end close activities
  • Serve as primary finance contact for client account teams
  • Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages
  • Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage corporate finance responsibilities
  • Execute special projects and additional functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Proven supervisory or team management experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of client service excellence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Preferred: MBA and/or CPA certification
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) or similar ERP platforms
