About the role

  • Admin Bookkeeper supporting three automotive and eCommerce brands. Responsible for order processing, account reconciliation, and assisting with marketing support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support three growing automotive and eCommerce businesses
  • Ensure seamless order processing and supplier coordination
  • Process accounts email inbox and clear into folders
  • Upload invoices and process credits
  • Maintain accuracy across inventory and accounting systems
  • Process dropship orders and prioritize same-day dispatch
  • Monitor fulfilment workflow and escalate delays
  • Assist with ongoing content planning and marketing processes

Requirements

  • Must have experience in CIN7
  • Proven experience using Cin7 Core
  • Strong Shopify backend experience
  • Experience reconciling accounts in Xero
  • Purchase Order processing experience
  • Supplier communication & follow-up
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
