Responsibilities
Lead execution of 5 marketing process improvement workstreams identified through a recent diagnostic engagement
Oversee implementation of 5 agentic AI initiatives to modernize workflows and reduce friction
Serve as chief program lead for a high-visibility cross-functional initiative spanning Marketing, ZEDI (Data/IT), and Sales
Identify and remove barriers to progress while navigating competing functional priorities
Drive execution across a global, matrixed enterprise environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership
Develop executive dashboards and deliver quarterly business reviews, providing ongoing progress updates to the CMO and key stakeholders
Requirements
8-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, Transformation, or related roles
Demonstrated project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives
Experience working across Marketing, Sales, and IT within CRM-driven, matrixed environments with executive visibility
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or automation initiatives
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, CRM workflows, and the impact of data quality and governance on marketing performance
Proven ability to operate independently while establishing strong program management rigor
