About the role
- Product Lead driving key initiatives for Tradebyte's platform. Collaborating with engineering, growth, and marketing teams to ensure product success and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a key strategic domain, acting as the primary expert and visionary for its evolution within the Tradebyte platform.
- Translate complex problem statements into elegant solutions that work for the business and provide clear ROI for our customers.
- Adopt a "hands-on" builder mindset by running rapid Proof of Concepts and customer interviews to test viability before committing engineering resources.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to package features, define pricing strategies, and ensure successful market adoption.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure our platform is optimized for high-volume data and remains highly performant.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and prepare to coach and mentor other Product Managers as the team grows.
Requirements
- You have a strong background in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or API-first data exchange products.
- You are already incorporating AI into your workflow—from synthesizing customer feedback during discovery to prototyping and "vibe coding" for delivery.
- You understand SaaS metrics (GMV, unit economics) and have a proven ability to define the specific KPIs that indicate true product success.
- You speak the language of engineers but can visualize complex system logic so clearly that non-experts can understand and use it immediately.
- You are a pragmatic problem solver who is comfortable making fast, high-stakes decisions and saying "no" to good ideas to focus on the great ones.
- You have experience launching AI solutions in the market or have actively prototyped and tested them with real-world customers.
