About the role
- Kwaliteitsmanager in projecten ondersteunt de projectmanager bij kwaliteitsprocessen en implementatie. Werken aan complexe projecten met een focus op kwaliteitsborging en procesverbetering.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van de projectmanager met het implementeren van processen in overeenstemming met ons kwaliteitssysteem
- Opstellen Project kwaliteitsplan en ondersteunen bij opstellen projectmanagement plan
- Kennisdrager van kwaliteitsprocessen en deze kennis ook uitdragen in het team
- Proactief signaleren en monitoren van afwijkingen en hierover communiceren naar projectmanagement
- Proactief signaleren en monitoren van risico’s en hierover communiceren naar projectmanagement
- Open oog voor verbeterthema’s en deze ook implementeren
- Opstellen auditplan en uitvoeren van project audits
- Mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de rol van Manager Projectbeheersing
Requirements
- Kennis van ISO 9001 en ISO 27001 standaard
- Minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsrol binnen projecten.
- Affiniteit met industriële Automatisering, Elektrotechnische en infrastructurele projecten
- Ervaring met System Engineeringsprocessen (ontwerp tot en met onderhoud)
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse (minimaal B2 niveau) en Engelse taal
- Ambitieus, Communicatief vaardig, Flexibel, Oplossingsgericht
