About the role

  • Online Manager responsible for achieving sales and growth objectives in digital channels. Defining and implementing online strategies while enhancing customer experience across digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales and growth targets for the digital channel
  • Define and optimize the UX/UI experience across all online channels
  • Design, develop and manage new online sales initiatives
  • Develop and deploy promotional campaigns across all digital channels
  • Monitor and drive online KPIs as well as SLA targets
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Digital, or Online Management (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the digital sector
  • Strong expertise in online sales, CRM, and managing digital performance
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills
