About the role

  • Marketplace Manager overseeing Amazon Seller channel operations and advertising strategy for Model Car World Group. Collaborating closely with teams for efficient launch and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End responsibility for the Amazon Seller channel (revenue, profitability, account health, integration into internal systems using Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Management and scaling of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) including budget planning, campaign structure, testing and KPI management (ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, CVR)
  • Listing and content optimization: keyword/SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, variant logic, briefs for images/text, data-driven improvements
  • Planning and execution of launches, deals and promotions (coupons/deals) including seasonal campaigns
  • Operations management for FBA & FBM: inventory, forecasting, replenishment, shipping/delivery performance, returns, process quality
  • Operational seller account management: cases, policies/compliance, Brand Registry, data quality, suspensions/restrictions
  • Close collaboration with purchasing and product management
  • Building scalable processes, templates and reporting
  • Driver of international expansion: Pan-EU setup and rollout/optimization for UK, FR, IT (go-to-market, localization of content/keywords, KPI management)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Amazon Seller (Seller Central) with independent channel/account responsibility
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon Ads and listing/content optimization (SEO, A+, Store)
  • Practical experience with FBA and FBM (inventory, forecasting, shipping/service KPIs)
  • Experience or strong interest in internationalization (Pan-EU, UK, FR, IT)
  • Strong with numbers, structured and hands-on; you prioritize cleanly and execute independently
  • Confident in Excel/Google Sheets; tool experience (e.g., Helium 10, Keepa, DataHawk, Pacvue/Perpetua or similar) is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a pronounced growth mindset
  • High commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
