Responsibilities
Own the design vision and strategy across all product areas, ensuring it supports company and product goals.
Lead and mentor the Product Design & Research team, helping them grow in craft, ownership, and impact.
Establish and optimize design processes, research practices, and design reviews for consistency and quality.
Guide the evolution of the Design System, ensuring scalability and coherence across teams.
Guide UX Research in identifying real user problems and validating that design solutions effectively address them.
Foster close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality solutions efficiently.
Partner with Product Management to shape the product roadmap through research and user insights.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with 3+ years in design leadership roles within SaaS companies.
Proven experience leading and mentoring Product Design & Research teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user-centered design, and strategic impact.
Experience building or scaling design systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional leaders.
Deep empathy for users and a bias for action.
Passion for simplicity, quality, and attention to detail.
