Analyst responsible for managing student retention strategies at YDUQS. Focus on data-driven actions and collaboration with various teams to enhance student success.
Responsibilities
Continuously monitor retention indicators for the Estácio and Wyden brands, ensuring consistency and reliability of the data;
Identify journey pain points that impact retention indicators and prioritize corrective actions;
Develop and implement action plans to improve student persistence, defining priorities, owners, deadlines, and success metrics;
Act as PMO in tracking the action plan, ensuring execution, risk mitigation and delivery of results;
Consolidate analyses and outcomes into management reports and presentations for executive forums;
Coordinate with Operations, Squads and other relevant areas to implement retention actions and initiatives;
Monitor the impact of actions on retention indicators, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement;
Support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Quality Management, Process Management or related fields;
Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
Previous experience in customer experience management;
Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is desirable;
Familiarity with Office 365 tools is desirable.
