About the role

  • Analyst responsible for managing student retention strategies at YDUQS. Focus on data-driven actions and collaboration with various teams to enhance student success.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor retention indicators for the Estácio and Wyden brands, ensuring consistency and reliability of the data;
  • Identify journey pain points that impact retention indicators and prioritize corrective actions;
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve student persistence, defining priorities, owners, deadlines, and success metrics;
  • Act as PMO in tracking the action plan, ensuring execution, risk mitigation and delivery of results;
  • Consolidate analyses and outcomes into management reports and presentations for executive forums;
  • Coordinate with Operations, Squads and other relevant areas to implement retention actions and initiatives;
  • Monitor the impact of actions on retention indicators, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement;
  • Support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Quality Management, Process Management or related fields;
  • Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Previous experience in customer experience management;
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is desirable;
  • Familiarity with Office 365 tools is desirable.
