About the role
- Analyst for student engagement at YDUQS. Monitoring performance indicators and developing strategies for student success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance indicators of the operation and identify events that impact student success
- Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decisions and corrective actions
- Translate engagement strategies for the partner operation and involved teams, ensuring alignment and execution
- Develop action plans to ensure student success, defining priorities, owners, deadlines and metrics
- Prepare reports and executive presentations consolidating results, analyses and recommendations
- Assist leadership and partner areas in decision-making with clear information and insights
- Track execution of actions, ensuring alignment between teams and progress in key indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Quality Management, Process Management or related fields
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Previous experience in customer experience management
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is desirable
- Knowledge of Office 365 tools is desirable
