About the role
- Junior Operations Analyst focusing on data at YDUQS transforming lives through education. Responsible for insights, data organization and reporting with Power BI and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce with relevant KPIs for the business areas.
- Ensure the consistency and integrity of displayed data, maintaining an updated history for comparative analyses.
- Perform recurring data extracts from tools such as Avaya, Salesforce, 2Clix and other operational databases.
- Organize data in a structured manner, maintaining reliable historical datasets.
- Conduct critical data analyses to identify variances, impacts and seasonality.
- Study demand projections and team sizing based on historical data and trends.
- Present insights, diagnostics and studies to management using structured PowerPoint presentations.
- Proactively identify and present opportunities that add business value.
- Build periodic reports with a macro and strategic view of the area's results.
- Ensure clarity and consistency of the information presented.
- Update the area's OKRs results and other indicators defined by management.
- Conduct special studies and on-demand analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
- Power BI (modeling, report creation, DAX)
- Advanced Excel and Power Query
- PowerPoint (information organization and visualization)
- Basic statistics and forecasting
- Basic knowledge of databases and raw data handling
