Collaborates with marketing, product, and communications teams to maintain brand consistency and support candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
Create digital graphic assets for student recruitment campaigns, including email marketing, banners, social media, landing pages, presentations, and institutional materials.
Develop Key Visuals (KVs) for campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with communication and marketing objectives.
Adapt and extend KVs for different formats, channels, and stages of the candidate journey.
Create images, asset variations, and mockups to present visual concepts and campaigns.
Produce layouts aligned with the brand manual and strategic guidelines, ensuring visual consistency.
Support the creation and maintenance of landing pages and digital communications in partnership with marketing, media, and content teams.
Organize and maintain the visual asset library, ensuring standardization and easy access to materials.
Perform revisions and adjustments to graphic assets based on feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to support recruitment and candidate engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience creating digital marketing assets such as email marketing, banners, and social media materials.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Experience developing and adapting layouts for multiple formats and digital channels.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Updated portfolio with examples of projects and produced assets.
Preferred: Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
Preferred: Familiarity with marketing automation and email-sending tools, such as RD Station.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of landing page editing or HTML, using tools like Dreamweaver or similar.
Preferred: Experience with Adobe Express or other rapid digital asset creation tools.
Preferred: Previous experience in digital marketing or educational institutions.
Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing presentations and supporting materials.
