Responsibilities
Work within a virtual team to provide heavy commercial support for order execution

Requirements
3-5 years of customer service experience
2-year degree or equivalent customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP HANA preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
