About the role

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, alert systems, and analytical reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analytics – reports, data extracts, and answers to business questions
  • Build and evolve the system of regular analytical reporting
  • Monitor data quality, detect anomalies, and suggest improvements in data structure and collection processes
  • Conduct both research-based and operational analytical projects
  • Utilize tools such as BigQuery, LookerStudio, and Google Sheets

Requirements

  • Strong command of SQL (complex queries, optimization)
  • Ability to design dashboards and reporting systems that truly answer business questions and support decision-making
  • Skills in defining tasks, setting priorities, and delivering results independently
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills – ability to explain logic, present results clearly, and defend conclusions
  • Experience with Neo4j (graph databases) and n8n (automation of analytical workflows) is nice to have
  • Skills in Python or other analytical tools is nice to have
  • Experience collaborating with data engineers and product teams is nice to have
