About the role

  • Serve as senior technical advisor for framework validation, architecture reviews, and pilot oversight
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs for engineers, product owners, and managers
  • Develop communication materials, training modules, and self-paced learning content
  • Facilitate workshops that build the client’s capability to maintain and evolve the SDLC independently
  • Establish Communities of Practice (CoPs) and internal champions to foster continuous learning
  • Incorporate feedback loops and real-time coaching to reinforce behavior change
  • Support the metrics framework by training stakeholders to interpret and act on KPI dashboards.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship and willingness to complete an extensive background check which includes fingerprinting, drug testing and an interview
  • 10+ years in technology consulting, architecture, or training delivery within Agile environments
  • Deep understanding of SDLC frameworks, DevSecOps, and infrastructure modernization
  • Expertise in change management (Prosci or equivalent) and technical curriculum design
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven success implementing Train-to-Sustain® or equivalent enablement models
