About the role

  • Head of UX improving end-to-end consumer experience of digital health platform brite. Leading a small UX team and collaborating with executives on product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the end‑to‑end consumer experience of brite
  • Work directly with our CPO, CTO, CEO, and product team to redesign how patients discover, trust, and stick with brite
  • Build a small but high‑impact UX team and design culture
  • Temporarily own content design and UX writing across web, app, and lifecycle communication
  • Set the bar and processes before we hire a dedicated marketing leader

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in product design / UX with a strong focus on consumer apps (e.g., health, wellness, education, productivity)
  • Experience as Head of UX / Head of Design / Lead Product Designer
  • A portfolio that shows end‑to‑end consumer journey work: acquisition flows, onboarding, habit‑forming UX, and measurable improvements in engagement/retention
  • Demonstrated ability to build or significantly evolve design systems for web and mobile products
  • Strong UX writing / content design sensibilities
  • Comfort working in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, fintech, insurance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to operate at multiple altitudes
  • High proficiency and curiosity with AI tools for design, research, and content
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.
