About the role
- SAP Process Consultant responsible for digitalizing requirements for automotive clients. Collaboration on end-to-end processes and project implementation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Übernehmen der Expertenfunktion für die Digitalisierung der Anforderungen und Ziele der Kunden der Automobilindustrie
- Definieren von Zielen gemeinsam mit der Fachseite und Messbarkeit für den Erfolg erzeugen
- Beratung der Kunden bei der optimalen Definition der End-to-End Prozesse
- Erstellung von Prozessschaubildern und fachlichen Konzepten
- Definition von Ist- und Sollsystemarchitekturen und Übertragung der Sollprozesse in die IT-Landschaft
- Entwicklung einer durchführbaren Roadmap und Projektplan zur Umsetzung der Anforderungen und Prozesse
- Überwachung und Steuerung des Erfolgs in den digitalen Umsetzungsprojekten
- Aufbau eines funktionsübergreifenden Prozesswissens für die gesamte Supply Chain
- Konzeptualisierung und Modellierung betriebswirtschaftlich effizienter Prozesse in der Produktionsplanung und technische Umsetzung mittels Customizings in S/4HANA PP und PP/DS
- Gestaltung neuer Lösungsansätze im Umfeld des Supply Chain Planning
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens, der Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Supply Chain, den Produktions- und Logistikprozessen von Automotive-Kunden
- Erfahrungen mit dem SAP S/4HANA ERP-System und der Umsetzung von End-to-End Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Kenntnisse in SAP Signavio oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen zur Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Verständnis für Process-, Data- oder Motion Mining
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fähigkeit, größere Teams zu motivieren
- Teamfähigkeit, Innovationsfreude und Begeisterungskraft
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) C1-Niveau
- Englische Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) B2-Niveau
