- Knowledge of change management and experience supporting organizations through change.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with current technology trends, including S/4HANA and cloud solutions.
- Experience working with clients to develop tailored solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
