About the role
- Senior Developer in SAP HCM focusing on payroll processing for leading automotive IT consulting firm. Collaborating with agile teams to improve processes in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- You will take responsibility for configuring and maintaining payroll schemas, rules, wage types and tables to ensure legally compliant payroll processing
- You will perform customizing activities for payroll-relevant processes, including posting settings and communication with authorities (tax & social security)
- You are responsible for requesting and applying tax and social security certificates
- You will analyze and implement collective bargaining, legal and internal company requirements
- You will create technical documentation in the IT-HR environment
- You will work using agile methods together with developers and the Product Owner to ensure continuous product development
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management or Business Administration – alternatively vocational training as an IT specialist for application development
- Initial experience in the SAP HCM environment, particularly in payroll processing
- Ideally experience working in agile projects and familiarity with agile methods and ceremonies
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Team player with initiative and a proactive work style
- German language skills at least C1 level and English skills at least B2 level
