About the role
- Senior Developer in SAP HCM managing payroll processing and compliance regulations. Collaborating with teams for continuous product improvement in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Konfiguration und Pflege von Abrechnungsschemen, Regeln, Lohnarten und Tabellen zur Sicherstellung einer gesetzeskonformen Entgeltabrechnung
- Customizing-Maßnahmen für abrechnungsrelevante Prozesse durchführen, inklusive Buchungseinstellungen und Behördenkommunikation (Steuer & Sozialversicherung)
- Beantragung und Einspielung von Steuer- und Sozialversicherungszertifikaten
- Analyse und Umsetzung tariflicher, gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Anforderungen
- Technische Dokumentationen im IT-HR-Umfeld erstellen
- Nach agilen Methoden mit Entwickler:innen und dem Product Owner zusammenarbeiten, um eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts sicherzustellen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft – alternativ eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung
- Erste Erfahrung im SAP HCM-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in agilen Projekten und vertraut mit agilen Methoden und Ritualen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) C1-Niveau
- Englische Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) B2-Niveau
