About the role
- Atlassian Consultant supporting clients with implementations of Jira and Confluence. Engaging in agile collaboration, ITSM, and service management to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Depending on your strengths, you will support our clients in agile collaboration, ITSM and service management.
- You will recommend the right Atlassian products to our clients and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
- You will analyze requirements and clients' relevant business processes and identify opportunities to integrate Atlassian tools.
- You will create collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g. Success Story – Digital Workplace for BSH).
- You will design workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.
- You will manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tool functionality with apps and macros.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
- At least 3 years of project experience with clients in the DACH region.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; a service- and customer-oriented mindset is natural for you.
- Strong quality awareness, commitment and an independent way of working.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Ideally Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one, several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and experience in independently managing projects.
