Atlassian Consultant supporting clients with implementations of Jira and Confluence. Engaging in agile collaboration, ITSM, and service management to drive project success.
Responsibilities
Depending on your strengths, you will support our clients in agile collaboration, ITSM and service management.
You will recommend the right Atlassian products to our clients and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
You will analyze requirements and clients' relevant business processes and identify opportunities to integrate Atlassian tools.
You will create collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g. Success Story – Digital Workplace for BSH).
You will design workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.
You will manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tool functionality with apps and macros.
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
At least 3 years of project experience with clients in the DACH region.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; a service- and customer-oriented mindset is natural for you.
Strong quality awareness, commitment and an independent way of working.
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
Fluent German and English skills.
Ideally Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one, several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and experience in independently managing projects.
