- 5+ years of experience designing commercial and/or utility‑scale solar PV systems
- Experience collaborating with construction, technical, and non‑technical teams
- 2-3+ years of hands‑on experience with AutoCAD
- Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license required
- NABCEP PV Design Specialist (PVDS) Certification a plus
- Proficiency with power system design and modeling software (e.g., Etap, CYMCAP, WinGIS, PSCAD, PSS/E, CDEGS)
