Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and enhance brand identity
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and communications, to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design elements into projects
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • A Masters degree or relevant certifications are preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in art direction or creative design roles, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical advertising
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
