Software Engineer in the Enterprise AI team developing Trustworthy AI tools for Toyota. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance AI development and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
Work with product manager and other engineers to develop Enterprise AI core features, especially those related to “Trustworthy AI”
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their timelines and feedback to build effective AI tools to meet their use cases
Participate in team meetings (such as sprint planning and retrospective, and technical discussions)
Continuously work to improve the outcomes of the team and the business
Come to the office 3x/week following our hybrid work policy
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with backend software development, especially in Go
Experience with deployment infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Kubernetes) and maintenance (ex. monitoring and debugging) of backend applications
Experience with source control (GitHub, GitLab) development tools, including Git, continuous integration, and code review
Experience working on product development and deploying features into production
Experience working with AI, especially “Trustworthy AI” in a safety/privacy/reliability perspective
Full stack experience (ex. infrastructure and/or frontend)
Experience and knowledge with tools like MLFlow
