- Assist Software Requirements and Software Design processes
- Continuous improvement of Systems Engineering processes, reflecting industry best practices

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer executing all phases of an SDLC
- 5+ years of experience as a System or Software Engineer, analyzing customer requirements and designing solutions; producing formal specifications for implementation
- Background in automotive, aerospace, medical or communication systems
- Experience working as consultants, in startups and/or rapidly evolving organizations
- Applied experience with:
- ・Automotive tools, platforms and processes
- ・V-model development and A-SPICE
- ・UML and/or SysML
- ・Modeling tools such as CATIA Magic, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
- ・Requirements management systems such as Jama and Doors
- Experience of working in a quality and safety standard driven environments - using:ISO/IEC 15288
