Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve dialogue processing pipelines for a real-time conversational agent
- Collaborate with researcher(s) to expand prototype models into production-ready systems
- Optimize and accelerate components related to speech processing (ASR/NLP/TTS, signal processing, etc.)
- Monitor performance and iteratively improve using real-world data from actual execution environments (edge device, OS, network conditions)
- Improve user experience and system quality during the operation phase, including monitoring and metrics
- Contribute to code review, configuration management, release processes, and cross‑team collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing real-time speech/dialogue systems (ASR, NLP, TTS, etc.)
- Strong programming skills for performance optimization (C, C++）
- Experience in designing and implementing speech processing algorithms (noise reduction, source separation, AEC / AGC / VAD, etc.)
- Experience fine-tuning or optimizing LLMs for real-time systems
- Business‑level Japanese and Conversational‑level English
