Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including platform, operations, and security, to understand requirements, contribute to system design, and develop and test software safely and effectively
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and efficient backend systems, including databases, APIs, domain designs, and microservices, with guidance from senior engineers
Write high-quality, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, optimize for performance and security, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability
Collaborate with other developers and work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to follow established engineering best practices and improve team delivery
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, C#, Java, or Python, including web development experience using popular web frameworks
Experience in defining specifications based on requirements, designing microservice architectures and large-scale real-time data processing utilizing asynchronous communication, delivering high-quality coding and testing within an agile development environment
Strong experience in backend development and database management, especially in deploying cloud-based applications in containerized environments like Kubernetes
Good communication, a proactive mindset, and strong problem-identification and solving skills
Business level proficiency in English
