About the role
- Absence and Time Tracking Consultant ensuring successful implementation of Workday solutions for clients. Mastering Workday configurations and mentoring consultants in their implementations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise
- Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing
- Help convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
Requirements
- 4+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
- 4+ years experience working with, or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums
- Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working Remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Business fluent English and either German or French required
