About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring maximum value from Workday products through customer collaboration and support. Engaging with executive sponsors and managing account renewals across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship across the customers organization
  • Monitoring and facilitating the customer’s adoption of our solution features
  • Developing success plans/customer journey for customers
  • Acting as a liaison between product management and the customer
  • Managing renewals from end-to-end, including negotiating contracts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a CSM supporting a SaaS solution
  • 2+ years of experience with change management practices
  • 2+ years of experience using a CRM like Salesforce
  • 2+ years Proven account management/strategic planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
