- Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback
- Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives

- Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up
- Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs
- Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a UX Designer
- 2+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies
- Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs
