Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the digital experience across marketing channels, ensuring simpler, more intuitive, and conversion-focused journeys;
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into efficient interfaces;
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Content teams;
  • Ensure visual consistency, usability, and performance in deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Expertise with Figma for creating, maintaining, and evolving layouts, components, and design systems;
  • Knowledge of HTML, with a focus on understanding structure, hierarchy, and the feasibility of interfaces;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize;
  • Proactive, autonomous, and accountable for deliverables;
  • Experience with Webflow is a plus.
