Responsibilities

  • Manage leads to maximize conversions.
  • Provide personalized consultations via WhatsApp, calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Explain program benefits, answer questions, and close sales quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up until final enrollment.
  • Record metrics and productivity in the CRM.
  • Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.
  • Create original content for social media (videos, stories, posts), boosting your authority and lead volume.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in exchange programs, education, or tourism sales.
  • Highly autonomous — a natural closer.
  • Content creator: able to record, edit, and publish videos; strong digital presence with active followers on social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: live sessions, webinars, and 1:1 meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of Ireland as a Study & Work destination.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
