Brindar asesorías personalizadas en italiano , a través de WhatsApp, llamadas, email y reuniones virtuales y presenciales
Presentar los beneficios de los programas, resolver objeciones y cerrar ventas
Dar seguimiento continuo hasta la matrícula final
Documentar y reportar métricas de desempeño y productividad en CRM
Participar en ferias, charlas, webinars y acciones de captación orientadas al mercado italiano
Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas diarios, semanales y mensuales
Requirements
Italiano nativo o nivel completamente fluido (excluyente)
Experiencia en ventas de productos intangibles (seguros, banca, telecomunicaciones, créditos, call center, servicios educativos)
Experiencia en ventas de ticket alto , manejo de leads fríos y prospección activa
Experiencia o fuerte afinidad con ventas a puerta fría y generación de alianzas
Alta capacidad de persuasión, negociación y cierre
Perfil proactivo, resiliente y orientado a resultados, cómodo trabajando bajo presión
Interés genuino en el sector educativo y en el impacto social del trabajo.
