Project Procurement Manager overseeing supply chain management for supply chain project team at Wood. This hybrid role offers meaningful projects and flexible arrangements.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision and guidance of a deployed supply chain project team.
Responsible for all aspects of supply chain management including materials management, warehousing, expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation and reporting.
Clear understanding of the client’s head contract requirements including Wood responsibilities and incorporates those into appropriate project supply chain strategies, plans, procedures and terms and conditions.
Regularly monitors and reports the progress of all project procurement activities.
Ensures team regularly update reports/systems with required information to allow accurate reporting and escalates any critical issues and risks to project management.
Requirements
Educated to ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor Degree or Equivalent) CIPS qualified or industry equivalent. Record of skills training appropriate for job specific role.
Minimum 10 years’ SC experience demonstrating results and progression to a similar position.
Detailed understanding of key subcontracting / procurement concepts and principles.
